Day One - 12 Weeks 10 Pounds
May 1st, 2008I met with my personal trainer today. Today was day 1 the total fitness test. I love this part about the personal training. It allows me to know where I being this hellish 12 weeks! The following sections describe the portions of the test.
Systolic Blood Pressure and Diastolic Blood Pressure
This is self explanatory. Mine turned out to be 124/85 to which my personal trainer said was a “bit high.” I was stressed from having to go to a personal trainer…what can I say!
